Engineered for serious performance, this upgrade delivers up to 260 BHP when paired with the correct supporting modifications. Ideal for Abarth 500, 595, 695 and other 1.4 T-Jet/MultiAir engine setups.

Performance Potential

• Safe Power Output: 235 BHP with recommended mods

• Max Output: Up to 260 BHP (hardware dependent)

• Turbo Pressure: Capable of up to 1.7 bar with correct supporting mods

• Remap Required: ECU remap and 99-octane fuel essential

To maximise power safely, we strongly recommend: ✔ Upgraded intercooler
✔ High-flow intake system
✔ Full performance exhaust system
✔ Forged pistons and rods (required for 270+ BHP)
✔ Upgraded camshafts (1.4 T-Jet: needed for 270+ BHP, 1.4 MultiAir: 240+ BHP)
✔ Uprated brakes & suspension (Don’t overlook stopping power!)

  • Professionally balanced

  • Red hard-anodised 7075 aluminium (Ergal) compressor impeller

  • 860°C continuous temp resistance (920°C peak)

• 0.6 Bar Actuator

• De-cat Downpipe (Optional Sports Cat available – may limit power)

• Bosch 390cc Injectors
  (Required unless using Abarth Punto Evo or 124 Spider)

• Bosch 3 Bar MAP & Boost Sensors
  (Required unless factory 180 BHP model)

• Modified oil hose, oil spacer bolts & water hose cap

• Euro 6 kits include Uprated Pierburg Valve for stable boost

• Full fitting hardware: gaskets, clamps, bolts, nuts and flanges

• Please Note: Basic kits do not include injectors or sensors
