Our legendary TD04L Hybrid Turbo Kit is now available for the Fiat 500 Abarth USA model. Designed specifically for the U.S.-spec 1.4 MultiAir engine, this kit unlocks serious performance — delivering up to 260 BHP with the right supporting mods. Built for fast-road and track use, this bolt-on upgrade offers excellent response, strong top-end power, and long-lasting reliability.

  • Professionally balanced

  • Red hard-anodised 7075 aluminium (Ergal) impeller

  • Genuine Mitsubishi core

  • 860°C continuous temp capacity (920°C peak)

• Integrated actuator

• De-cat downpipe
  (Optional: Sports Cat – may slightly reduce maximum power)

• Modified oil hose

• Blow-Off Valve Relocation Adapter (Required for MultiAir engines – included)

• Flanges, clamps, gaskets, bolts and all required hardware

• 3 Bar Boost & MAP Sensors are not included – your US model comes with these as standard

• Bosch 390cc injectors are not required for USA models (stock injectors support up to 250 BHP)
